I’m pleased to learn about a new company launching in Newfoundland that is going to be bringing the restaurant experience right into your homes. I put out the word for startup businesses in Newfoundland to send me an email or DM, and I got wind of Ad Home NL shortly after.
Ad Home NL is a partnership between Alissa Maloney and Mark Gray, two industry professionals with a combined experience of 30 years. These two were behind The Watch That Ends the Night in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and know how to bring a dining experience to the table.
Two menus will be offered each month, one being a 7-course tasting experience and the other a 4-course family style meal. They also offer beverage pairing to make the meal complete, and I highly recommend this option for your dining experience. Best of all, they even clean afterwards making life even easier. This means all you have to do is show up and enjoy, which should be easy enough considering it’s in your house after all.
Ad Home NL is based out of Grand Falls-Windsor, but services most of Newfoundland at an additional cost. Pricing for this in-home restaurant experience starts at $100 CAD per person, and an additional $30pp beverage pairing. When you come to think of the price of going out for this level of food, that’s a really great deal in the comfort of your own home.
