This exciting development promises to offer a unique experience for both locals and tourists alike.

The Lumsden Microbrewery, Taproom and Cottages project is designed to offer a comprehensive hospitality experience. The project includes access to a nearby beach, complete with firepits and cabanas available onsite.

This will provide guests with a unique opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the area while indulging in the offerings of the microbrewery and taproom. The microbrewery will feature a turn-key style, electrically heated 4-vessel brewhouse system.

This setup is expected to produce a variety of craft beers, adding to the growing craft beer scene in Newfoundland.

Phased Development Approach

The development of the project will follow a phased-in approach. The first phase will see the construction and opening of the four luxury cottages. This will be followed by the events space and taproom, with the microbrewery being the last to open.
