I learned that this place is situated on over an acre of private and mature landscape, this charming lakefront cottage offers a serene retreat just a 45-minute drive from the heart of St. John’s. Whether you’re planning a large family gathering or seeking a peaceful escape, this property provides the perfect setting to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Newfoundland.

Situated halfway between Corner Brook and the breathtaking Gros Morne National Park, and just 13 minutes from Deer Lake Airport, The Stonehouse offers a truly unique and captivating retreat.
This modern build features traditional masonry, seamlessly blending contemporary architecture with the timeless charm of the region. Set on a sprawling 6-acre garden, the property boasts an abundance of flowers, shrubs, fruit trees, and vegetables, creating a lush and vibrant oasis.
