The Newfoundland Salt Company recently launched this delicious Matsutake infused Newfoundland sea salt. The Newfoundland Salt Co collaborated with their good friend and professional forager Shawn Dawson from Barking Kettle to create this unique blend.
They recommend you try it as a base in soups, on some mushroom toast or as a beautiful finisher for your pastas. It’s also a limited edition salt so once it’s gone, it’s gone until next year. You can still get a few bottles on their website online, but you can most likely find a bottle or two in one of the shops that carry their products.
