The Churchill Park Music Festival in St. John’s, Newfoundland will take place over two weekends in August 2024. The festival will feature a variety of top international and local musical talent.The first weekend’s headliner is the Canadian Music Hall of Fame band Nickelback, who will perform on Friday, August 9.
They will be supported by the James Barker Band and the Arkells. Tickets for Nickelback’s show go on pre-sale on Thursday, April 25 at noon and general sale on Friday, April 26 at noon3.
The second weekend will feature country superstar Shania Twain, who will perform from August 16-18. Additional performers for the festival have not yet been announced.
The festival site is located in the heart of St. John’s at Churchill Park, 180 Elizabeth Avenue. Attendees are allowed to bring in a 1 litre sealed bottle of water and a medium-sized clear Ziploc bag of snacks. No outside alcohol, cans, glass bottles, coolers, or large bags are permitted. The festival has a “no re-entry” policy once you have entered, so plan accordingly by’s.
