An afternoon walk to Bannerman Brewery for a coffee I saw that bright red house/commercial space at the end of Duckworth. It’s been known to many as a variety of businesses over the years, and now it’s someone else’s turn.
I spotted it from across the street since it recently had a facelift including that lovely red colour. Google Maps hasn’t clearly been here in a few years as you can see from the street view below.
I saw the Realtor’s sign in the window and looked up the listing and found the broker(Tom Lane) who was listing it. Since then it seems the listing is now off the MLS and is either sold or being held onto. Either way, excited to see what’s in store for this place in the future.
The video is nothing special in terms of editing, but what hit were the comments and sends this got due to its beautiful looks, unique location and price speculators bickering in the comments.
Either way, a ton of people saw this video and watched it 20% longer than most other videos this month. I have no affiliation with Tom but congratulations to him as it look to be off market which can mean a few different things. However, this is too cool of a spot to not be used by someone.
