Kabby ride-sharing service will be opening up in St. John’s within the year adding to the much needed car service scene here in the city. There was a story out on this already with VOCM, but they didn’t go into much detail. Kabby does have a website up although it just links to the app, so go get that.

Kabby has apps out for Android and Apple right now and they’re vetting and hiring drivers according to them. You can apply on the App or via their website through the contact page.

I’m all for this working, especially if it’s cheaper and convenient. This allows for a lot more people to work while going to school and or drive full time, bring on the opportunities. Hopefully this is done right.
